Our Terms of Service govern the relationship between Gamivize and the schools and organizations that use our platform. This includes your subscription, acceptable use of the platform, intellectual property, liability, and how disputes are handled.
Data Processing Agreement
Our Data Processing Agreement explains exactly how Gamivize collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data — especially student data. It covers our commitments under FERPA, COPPA, and US state student privacy laws, and describes the rights schools and families have over their data.
